List of Next Managers of Manchester United

Zinedine Zidane

Zizou is currently on a break from coaching and enjoying life with his family. He currently lives in Madrid. He has been out of a job since June when he left Real Madrid. He is reportedly eyeing the french national team job, which might be available after the World Cup in 2022. Zidane is said to be uninterested in the idea of coaching in England and he also does not speak the language. It will be tough to change gis mind.

Mauricio Pochettino

Mauricio Pochettino is currently managing Paris Saint Germain in France. He is having a good season and the club might be reluctant to let him leave midseason. He is said to be very highly appreciated by Manchester United board and is high on the shortlist. It is also rumoured that the Argentine wants to come back to the Premier League, and that is his dream job.

Erik Ten Hag

Erik Ten Hag is currently managing Ajax in the dutch league. He recently signed a new contract with the club in June after he was linked with the Tottenham hotspur job. He might be interested in the position at United but will be respectful to Ajax as he has a great relationship with the board and the players. Manchester United will have to pay hefty compensation to get him.

Brendan Rodgers

Brendan Rodgers is the current coach of Leicester City FC. He is having a bad season with Leicester after an amazing season last year which ended with the FA Cup title. He is considered to be a good fit at Manchester United but his appointment will leave fans divided as he is an ex-Liverpool manager and he has also failed to achieve anything in major competitions.

Ralf Rangnick

Ralf Rangnick is a name that was constantly linked when United was on the hunt for a director of football and one that hasn’t gone away. It’s understood he would not be interested in taking the job if he were to be offered it. He is considered to have an outside chance of getting the job and is low on the shortlist but could be considered as a serious option on an Interim basis.
